That happened to me once. Try launching TQ directly from the EVE folder and not the short cut. If that works, delete your TQ short cut and make a new one. That cured my problem.

If you patched your TQ client by mistake over to the test client, you need a fresh download of TQ. If you correctly patched a copy of TQ over to sisi, you simply need to find your original files and launch TQ from them.
